Create an account, and upload the files from your page. Then you can somehow set it to public or something. Just ZIP the files first though.

Open the website in your browser, select the file that you uploaded into your dropbox, then click "Share" and copy the link that it gives.

For some reason, I switched around 5011.ogg and 5019.ogg, so they were wrong. I fixed it, so now there should be no problems.
