1) Why are you installing Linux. You don't tell us why you're leaving Windows and if there's an error or whatever. And why Red Hat? Without any offence to you, you aren't experienced in this, so you should probablybe installing Ubuntu (Xubuntu is better IMO simply because of Xfce), Mint, or if you really want to avoid Debian, Fedora.
2) You provide us with so little details we can't figure out what could be wrong. What file did you download? How did you place it on a USB stick (using what program)? What are your computer specs?
3) Honestly, most of us can't help. I'm like the only guy here who has lots of knowledge with computers, and even then I suck at Linux. This is not the appropriate forum for this. And as we told you before, search on Google before posting here.
