Unable to load 'Stinky GameTest'

Looking for more Wonderland content to play, I put in the Games Collection disc that was released a while back and installed the early game test of the original Wonderland game, titled 'Stinky GameTest'. I followed the instructions in the readme text file but upon trying to load the game, it instead displayed the message 'Couldn't load AnimTextures: conveyor.jpg, Flag 1'.

Presumably this means I am missing a file or two and that's why it isn't loading, right? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
