Well, here's another set of hints expanding upon my previous hint:
Hints wrote:1) This glitch expands upon a glitch I've utilized in another level.
2) The above hint is in fact the same hint as the first one I gave about life/universe/everything (42) minus something (1) involving crayons being evil.
3) You can do a lot more with this glitch than what I showed in that level.
Let me know if you need any more help... oh, and one other fact that I'm keeping in white just in case it points you in the right direction: This little (presumably previously unknown) glitch and its expansions have the potential to create completely ridiculous alternate solutions several levels, although to what extent I am completely unsure of.

I still don't understand what crayons or colouring have to do with it other than being the name of another level where a particular glitch is used. I understand that Loof has to run pushing an object, but I cannot see where it is that he could run so it persuades the Z-bot to turn upwards straight in the middle... and still have that object usable afterwards.
I have tried a bit, but never survived the explosion: To be able to run pushing the keg, I must place the metal box on the pink button (in most of my attempts I place the keg on the green button so I can manipulate my adversary with the metal box). I tried stepping on the green button to free the adversary then leave that button and push the keg at the earliest opportunity, but it's always too late for the "crayon" trick.
The glitch is working, but it doesn't help me: When I quickly leave the green button after setting the Z-bot free and push the barrel to the right, Loof can indeed block the Z-bot with his own body, but then the Z-bot turns right and being next to the barrel, explodes together with Loof.
Oooh I get what you're doing. You're doing the "side crayon" - or, that is to say, the original crayon but from the side. (Yes, I'm calling them side crayons now.)
What I thought you were doing was an inverse crayon.
Think about it this way: Loof's body isn't at all what's blocking the z-bot. The z-bot is merely bouncing off of a "meta block" (idk what it his, some strange hitbox) that is created between tiles. Loof just happens to be inside the meta tile during a crayon maneuver, because the meta block is behind the object.
But, as it turns out, The hitbox doesn't just exist behind the object.
Sidenote: technically speaking you want to perform an inverse side crayon. I did not utilise a perfect inverse crayon.

I simply can't see what else I can do in the short time between the opening of the green gate and the Z-bot's suicide in the wrong place if I do nothing in time.
Another interesting thing that can happen (not that it is useful for anything), is, a creature comes next to a stinker and blows up as if the stinker was a barrel of gunpowder...
