I just want to know how to create a Thumbs.db file. Can anyone help me?

As far as I know, the thumbs.db file that you find in the zip files is nothing to do with the models but something to do with the accompanying jpg file. It is created automatically by the graphics package not by the level maker and can safely be deleted. It does not add anything to the working of the model.
I use Paint Shop Pro, and that creates them automatically. I have deleted them with no detremental effects as I think it just relates to thumbnail images.

The thumbs.db file is created by Windows, not the graphics package. It's a small database file which tells Windows what to display when the user chooses 'Thumbnail' view in My Computer or Explorer. As stated by Popo, though, it isn't necessary for the model to work and it doesn't need to be added to the zip file before uploading either.
