I dont understand the end! If I go and get the rest of the keys and push the one box past the red line in the water, then I can not get back out as I need one more box in the water. But I can't get another box in the water there! Help!

There is a spare box from the very beginning - you have to use that in the water to exit the red timer switch area :P
