anybody .... help .... I am stuck in world 4, level 4 "Robot City". I can manage the beginning and then ..... can't get out ..... these bullets and flying objects ...... thanks in advance

I was going to give you directions, then remembered there are several posts on this level that describe the solution better than I can. Do a search for "Catch Me if You Can," and you will find 3 or 4 posts on the solution.
