level creating

I have played and completed all the custom levels up to May 26, with the exception of 5 levels.
I am now sort of developing an interest in creating levels but I feel intimidated just at the thought of delving into this aspect of the game. Any hints from all the experienced creators out there as to the best way to get initiated into designing of levels.

Go to the RTW editor manual:

I found this to be the fastest and best way to learn! (In other words, I had to follow the instructions!)

Majic is right...print it out so you have it handy. This should be easy for you as you have played so many levels.
If you do not know what some of the little icons stand for, start a new level, put them on, save, and open to see them. That's what I did.

Wow, Armando! You've completed all of the custom levels except for 5!!!?? That's very impressive! With your great talent for playing these levels, you should be great at making levels and I can't wait to see what you come up with. I'm almost hopelessly behind on the custom levels. And, to make it worse, I'm going on vacation for two weeks starting Tuesday, and although we will have a laptop with us, I doubt that I'll get much time at all for Wonderland while I'm gone, so I can only imagine how many levels I will be behind by the time I get back.

Well, look at it this way, Dianna - by the time you get back, the new Deluxe version will probably be out & we'll be starting all over (maybe!) anyway!!!
