It's kind of a way of saying how hard you think the level is. Like 0/10 is not hard at all. just walk thruogh the exit or something. And 10/10 would be nearly impossible to solve because of super hard puzzle elemnts or so many baddies, or super quick fingers. Your "timing is everything" level might be a 10/10 because so many people weren't able to more quickly enough. My "years later" would be a 0/10 because it's really just a visual level for giggles and a beridge to the next level in that series.
