I was completely stuck with this one, so I decided to try playing other levels to see the glitch. Sure enough there was Loof on every level (except my last Coin Quest 35 - maybe he was inside a wall there). I noticed the ghost shadow under him each time.
So when I went back to play this level, I noticed the ghost shadow, and then found the real Loof, so was able to complete the level.
What a totally excellent effect. You are a master of magic for sure!

Amadeus81' Levitation Level
Dear Amadeus, THAT's the most amazing effect I've ever seen.
I now have 2 Loofs! I've been sitting here studying it and studying it..... After loading it up in the W level editor, apparently 2 loofs pop up, but 2 Loofs don't get saved. Please continue this strange programming, it's a thrill.

Woah!
I would never get it without a spoiler -- thanks Mark.
The out-of-body-effect-making is the most spectacular trick I've saw. The level which moves by itself with a familiar but still shocking questioning sound, had my eyes wide open!
After I looked at the editor I understodd where the true Loof was hiding, and how did you change the game focus to be on a ghost Loof, but I'm still wondering why you need to hold the up arrow key (I thought one press is perfectly enough to do that move -- NOT!) and what explodes and how the sphere and the barrel destroy themselves.
Could you please PM me on complete mechanics?

Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

The real Loof goes into the teleporter before you can see the level completely. For some reason this makes the screen fly down way below the real Loof. I think that you just need the exact right placing of the ghostMuzozavr wrote:Woah!

Loof to get the effect of the ghost Loof being the real Loof.
I worked out that by pressing an arrow key on a different level so that I would quickly get through the teleporter, but the screen went way below the selected character. I worked out that I could fix it by pressing enter
to go to the next character.

ONLY READ THIS IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS!
You're not playing with the stranded loof at all! It tries to trick you with that Loof and the sign, but the real Loof on the real sign is actually somewhere else in the level, but as he went through a teleporter just when the level started, The View went to the ghost Loof!

How well I recall this level. It was posted on my birthday last year, and was the first Wonderland level to use hex editing.Muzozavr wrote:The out-of-body-effect-making is the most spectacular trick I've saw.
To answer your questions.
How did you change the game focus to be on a ghost Loof?
If you enter a teleporter at the very start of a level,
there is a glitch that shifts the point-of-view below the selected character.
This is corrected when entering a teleporter again.
Wondering why you need to hold the up arrow key?
What explodes and how the sphere and the barrel destroy themselves?
The up arrow has Shadow Loof push the boulder down to destroy the barrel and the blue sphere beside it.
This generates a sphere that rolls left through a fake wall passage to destroy the barrel and the box blocking Loof.
With the box and barrel destroyed he can freely walk right.
The point-of view shifted below Loof gives the appearance of an out-of-body experience.
