3D error

I downloaded this game for my son and we keep getting a "unable to create 3D scene." What does that mean and how do I fix this so we can play? This happens with all of the Wonderland games that I have downloaded, other games work fine, just the Wonderland games is where I get this error. I have the same games on my laptop and they all work fine on the laptop.
