If you google "Adobe Photoshop" you'll get some links to free trial downloads and stuff. You have to buy the full version. If you want another program that is like photoshop but free, you can try Paint.net.

2.WHAT IS HEX EDITING??? HOW DO YOU DO IT???

Hex editing is the process of editing a file (in this case a wonderland lv6 file) and messing with its attributes. I use XVI32. You input two-character codes in each space, in this case corresponding with the tiles in the level. It involves a lot of random experimentation. If you are interested, I'm uploading a text file which records a lot of codes for weird tiles etc. - I forget who started it (VirtLands maybe?), but I added some things to it... anyway, here, hope this helps:
