New texture - Windows xp

Based on Loirae's Windows 95/98/2000/ME/NT( :lol: ) texture.

Windows xp skin.
I would post a screenshot, but it's not working for me. Maybe it will for you, though.

Here's a screenshot of your texture toondog. I had to resize one of the walls, it was 64x65 and my graphic card wouldn't load it, it is now 64x64. I'm uploading the the new version for you.
