Please Help! I DONT KNOW PLAY TOONTOWN!!!

I go on Toontown Online Program. And im login with my toontown username and password. And im got that: Account name or password not recognized. Please try again.

I go on Forgot Password.

A toontown is post to my email, I copy, to toontown. i get that AGAIN: Account name or password not recognized. Please try again.

please help

Passwords are CaSE sEnsiTivE. I meant to do that, because most games when used wrong passwords, this will happen.

It does that sometimes with me too. I don't know why.
