Isn't there a building that is still very mysterious? We didn't have a clue neither until we had those question marks.

You've played "at the end of it all" then? Cos with 120 stars, you must have finished the game but didn't discover everything.
Just reload your previous savegame and discover what those question marks do.
And remember you have to restart "at the end of it all" too to have all stars.

It's Looys secret. You'll need it in the area where there are strange marking around a "house"

The one you need to talk to, are located in the southeast of the camp.
