New texture and background - White and black

Sorry but this will not work for me
Does it work for you?

Its said ERROR COULD NOT LOAD THIS TEXTURE

I remember AGES ago! I mean really AGES ago!!!
This was mentioned before in general discussion
But I don't know where it is now.

Anyway does anyone know how to make it work?

EDIT : its working now but don't download this version though download the other version from uneekrose.
As for the background look for the post right after uneekroses post (my one)

The walltop was resized different from the rest.
