Deleting levels from custom levels that were d/l
Can someone help me to delete the d/l levels in saved custom levels of rtw ?

I'm not quite sure what you mean with d/l; I guess you mean downloaded. You can delete the levels on your harddisk just the same way as deleting every other file: Click on them, or select more of them at once, and then press the "Delete" button, or rightclick on them and choose "Delete" in the pop-up menu.
Just in case your question is actually in which folder they are, with me it's:
C:\Program Files\Return To Wonderland\CustomLevels
