New Level (adv) - Enemy Strike

Post by Liz Mayhew » Sun Feb 28, 2010 9:46 am

LIZKIDS145 - Enemy Strike

Our intrepid space explorers are going back past Saturn - where their first ship met its doom.
More problems face Stinky who drew the short straw for this watch.
Have fun! :D :D

Using the same spaceship1 texture used in the last several levels.

Also using Popoplanets3 used earlier in the series. Thanks for the excellent planet models Pauline! :D 8) :D

Doing battle with the baddies never gets old, thanks for another fun space adventure Liz.
As always, I love the models and textures in your levels. :)

The level is perfect for inexperienced players, but it might help if you posted a screenshot to give an overview of the level before someone downloads it?

Hi Blink

Thanks for playing and commenting. I'm interested to know why you think it's necessary to have an overview posted as a screenshot. After a level has been downloaded you can get an overview by holding down Alt+X at the same time and then using the number keypad. 9 to zoom out, 7 to get a top-down view. You can experiment to find out what the other number keys do. 8)

I've put a screenshot of the level here. Do you think that would scare people off from downloading it?

Well, seeing a screenshot helps the player have a little preview of the level before playing it. That is like seeing a trailer to determine whether or not you like a movie before seeing it.

But if you make a horrifically hard level, it may be best to "surprise" them.
Hope my feedback helps you solve your mystery of why I requested a screenshot.
