Made by Midnight Syngergy. You can only skip levels 5 times. At the ending there is a special bonus level if you don't use any of the golden spatula.

Somehow (no idea how) when i was 3 years old, i skipped all levels to the cave levels.

If I remember correctly, the Midnight Synergy website also has solutions for the game, but it's hidden. You need to go onto the game and hit the Level Solutions on the menu.
