More and More new users are joining the board who are interested in hub making = more spam.
If this sinks down the forum,
i will bump it when a new user joins and will post here, as long as he's interested in WAe.

Ok, you probaly want to know why your here.
This is like a FAQ, but also with useful stuff posted in it.

To apply the texture, you will seriously need "Cloopy's hacked .wops". They are in the hexediting topic.

First - Green, Indigo, Red, Orange, White magic are made already
Second - Just because new users ask something, it is not spam.
Third - Magic shooters and other MOFI stuff are also made
Fourth - How can you be so inconsistent ^_^?

Your intentions are good, but there's too much incorrect information in here, no offense. I support the idea of having an FAQ/New Users thread as well.

Everything apart from Indigo Magic is available. Green (Grow), Red (Floing or the Homing Missile), and Orange (POW) can be used, but will not work in the WA Player itself.

Once again, all of MoFI's magic can be used, but none of them do anything (except Orange and Red) in the WA Editor. To get the MoFI spell effects you need to convert the level over to MoFI's format.

Orange acts near-identical to POW from MoFI. There are only a few small differences.

Red acts completely different - in MoFI, it freezes an object in place when they walk onto that square, whereas in the WA Player, it creates a homing missile that attacks the player.

... Really now? Complaining about people not wanting to read info, then linking to an incredibly long thread just saying "it's in there somewhere"? Doing something like that doesn't just make you a hypocrite, it does anything but help because people are going to end up complaining about being told to go look for it themselves in a topic meant for new users to get started in.

Additionally, you don't have to download anything for the Homing magic to work - all you need to do is hold down shift and right click when selecting the magic colors for the charger in the Editor. It'll loop back around, set it to 0 and it'll work.

See above, though I will concede that we need a proper tutorial on Hubs.

Can someone verify if you can get magic shooters? I seem to remember them being available. I'm going to double-check now, but I'm fairly sure that they're usable.

Once again, for a "New users start here" topic, don't tell them to browse through all of those pages on their own and expect it to work.

Actually, the magics will work fine without conversion as long as they are played in MOFI.

Uh, no. If you're making a thread for new users to check out, you have to put effort into it yourself, not tell people "look in this topic, it's huge but it's gotta be in there somewhere".
