This puzzle is quite easy to solve, as long as you know what do you actually want to accomplish. The initial layout may provide you some clues, but you have to figure them out for yourself. I assure you there are no hidden items or glitches in this level, just 100% logic... it may look impossible at first, but keep trying... it's solvable.

Look closely at the button/gate order. It's very important.
Medium hint:
Just because all gates have to be opened... does not mean they have to be open at the same time. You'll need to make the later gates open when you're in front of them.
Large hint:
If you can cover buttons 2, 4 and 6, then send the last boulder on the conveyor and run through the gates... and watch what happens!
