Secret room in arcade?

Well, I used the blue dot on everything I could find, after a while I found the secret room, but what exactly is 'The Word' and 'The Sign' supposed to mean? (I didn't reaveal any spoilers. :3)

In the first WA, there as an arcade. One of the games is called Wonderland Adventures - On the third level there is a fakewall where you find a blue dot, which opens a secret room.

It IS a secret area, some dancing dude in the arcade said so. :3
