Four Glitches for Glitch Archives

I caught four interesting glitches in IWABMO IV and put them down here in four levels that will become part of the future GA3.
The Floing-Catch Glitch: Floing can be used like Brr if placed right, and both can freeze creatures as they move between tiles if one times it right.
Superscouge; The '0-timing' Scouge is known for firing extremely fast, as seen in my 'Dream Cave' and Yzfm's 'Please Don't Feed The Dinosaurs'. The -24 fireflower is also known for fast firing that beats the 0-fireflower and always facing north regardless of settings. When you use Shift to bounce a Scouge timer from 1 to -24 as an unintended glitch, you get REALLY laggy Scouges that shoot so fast nothing at all can get through them. Ever. Good luck!
Moonwalk Spring: Inventory compartments and tools do not merge well with player actions, and thus it is possible to moonwalk the player in a new way. Yay!
NPC Delay: As seen in many levels such as my Mystery Malfunction III, NPCs finish movements and wait for you to finish dialogs before starting other movements activated while the dialog was on. NPCs are very considerate people, they listen to you no matter where they're going or how busy they are.
