Hello Sharon - WELCOME

I've never seen the term "ruggies" before. That's funny.

But won't you have problem with your house-full.
How will you ever find time to play Wonderland ? ? ? ?

You'll find that many of the things "normal" people do, aren't allowed
in Wonderland. The "H" word is banned, although occasionally we do
have to "re-arrange" things a bit

Well, we don't do much of that "H" thingy, and we don't sleep much ... at least I didn't when I first discovered Wonderland
But most of all we, have lots of nutty fun & chat & chat & play & meet people from all over the world and then chat some more & play some more & by then wonderland has pretty much taken over your life.
Welcome to the end of life as you know it.

Yes that is very much true Laura, until you've made it thru once and then can't seem to get thru it again, like me :?
I've been trying and trying to get thru again since Patrick gave that hint about Secret Worlds not being the end, and the levels I made it thru the 1st time won't let me do it again- And because Wonderland has taken over, my "H" is in much need of rearranging

Sharon, there are over 3000 custom levels under the "Puzzles/Action" forum that you can download and play if you have Return to Wonderland Deluxe (RTWD). There is also an Editor in RTWD that you can use to make levels for yourself and others to play. So there is plenty to do here! :D

Post by momtopetsonly » Tue Oct 18, 2005 4:27 am

Hi Sharon,
Besides this wonderful group, I belong to an online game site. We are addicted to them as well. With myself on disability, I obviously have more time to play games than those with 6 kids and jobs! Um, do we all know what jobs are? Its been only a little over 1 & 1/2 years since I went on disability and I think I already have forgotten those previous years of the "four" letter word - work. Ha ha.

I have only been with the nutters for a short time but feel so welcomed. As they welcome you, you will know exactly what I mean. They are a great bunch to get assistance from with regards to the games, downloadings, chatting, etc. Course, I still have to sometimes figure out what something means with some directions but I thought some of that was due to my being a natural blonde!!!! Heehee

Any way, Sharon, glad you joined us. To me, it is becoming a third home - my apartment is number 1, my online games are number 2, Wonderland is now 3. Hmm. Good thing I only have to pay rent every month for the first one!!!!

Hugs,

Pat

Only a true blonde can make a joke about being a "dumb" blonde and get away with it. Obviously since I am a true blonde, no one would take offense, at least most people would not take offense. I thought by adding the smiley faces and the haha, hehe would allow the majority of people to realize that I was being facetious. If you became offended, that was not my intention but honestly, the jokes are meant to be silly and funny. We need to have some laughter in this troubled world and if we can not make some silly jokes about ourselves, then we are a sorry bunch of people.
Pat
PS I am also morbidly obese and I make jokes of that when it merits. I use the word fat to describe not only myself but things that are large. If that offends, again, I am not saying these to have people take them personally. However, thus being said, only people are able to "control" their reactions to what people say. The person stating the "jokes" is not to blame when someone gets upset. Smile if you can.

I do not believe anyone should leave, if that is what I read correctly. We are entitled to our own thoughts and feelings. Maybe some people do get offended about blonde jokes, brunette jokes, polish jokes, etc. It all depends on how they are being said. Granted, some of those jokes can sound extremely harmful to the individuals in those categories. However, most of the jokes are just being plain silly.

To give a personal example, a friend was helping me with understanding how to do some task on the computer. I was having an awful time understanding, to the point that I said I had not seen a certain button - I don't recall what the button was but lets say it was the delete button in the email system.

When I stated I did not see the button (by the way, my friend has the same email system and I do believe it was something about the emailing of items) she said 'you are being so blonde!!!'. I just laughed so loudly, literally. Because as soon as she said that statement, I saw the button I needed to use. If it had been a snake, it would have bitten me.

That is how I make fun of myself without doing harm. Again, if I have offended anyone that was not my intention whatsoever. I will do my best to be cautious from now on so as to not cause people to get upset over the words I post. But I am only human, so if I make a statement that is sounding derogatory, look to see if smiley faces, or lol or some other phrase that lets the reader realize that I am only making fun of myself and being silly.

Ok, that is all I will say on this topic. I promise to be less wordy from now on (which is very hard for me to do - seriously).

Momtopetsonly, it wasn't suggested that one leave. We want all to stay and have fun with the rest of us! :) :) :) That's what it is all about. :-)

Excellent :D another levelmaker  You are truly addicted now

When you want to upload your level do the following:
1. Go to the puzzle/action section (or kids if it's a kiddie level)
2. Make a new post titled: New level - level name"
3. Write your text as usual
4. Below the dark blue divider (the one with "Add an attachment") click on "Browse"
5. Locate your level on your computer. It will be under \Return to wonderland Deluxe\CustomLevels\ .
6. Click "Add attachment"
7. Click "Submit" and voila...your level is uploaded for everyone to enjoy :D

I hope this explains it. I'd like to see your creation

Guess what? I found out you dont have to do #6. U can skip that one and just do "submit" after you do the browse thing and find ur level. I think maybe 6 is there in case you want to add more thane one thing like a file of a model or house or another level in the same reply.
