Hi Darshan,

What Patrick may have done with the sign in the Tutorial was add an extra return.
To insert a blank line, relocate the # symbol as pictured below.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

After you relocate the # symbol, you can safely open it in the Custom Editor to change or add text for any sign.
However, the fifth line for each sign, must be edited manually in the Hex Editor.
See illustration below.

Do I have to use the editor to then get a fourth line after making the fifth line in the hex-editor?

No, the fourth line is the same as it was before in the Custom Editor.
You will need the hex editor to make any changes to the fifth line.
