tails chao with only gamecube?

Dose raising a chao only with tails and with only fly drives make it a tails choa after a while?

No, it's something else involving the game Phantasy Star Online and a GBA.

I have no GBA or AR(Action replay, a hacking device), and I realy want a tails chao. Do you have a other way?If it helps, I have a D.S..

Unfortunately, as far as I can see, the only way is to transfer it from a PSO game file via GameBoy Advance to SA2:B. A Nintendo DS won't help, unfortunately - The connection cable is uncompatible.

However, you can get one with AR, but who would hack a chao?(But I admit I glich them with a reused animal trick to get max, but...).
