For months there was a street cat that resided in our building's front yard. We used to pet him and feed him a lot. We called him lots of different names; Moti, Baruch, Naphtali, Kushkush, Tushugwan (Chinese for "library"), and maybe more...
Today he got run over by a black car.

Rest in peace, Moti. We will remember you forever.

I'm actually quite surprised that Angelica (the other cat) hasn't left the yard. Angelica and Moti were close friends, and you would never see them fighting.
