I'm pretty sure all of you already know this, but you can get into the advanced section of one of the chambers in the normal chamber. I think it was the companion sphere thing, I can't recall...

Yeah, there's a leftover room in Chamber 17. It's used in the Advanced map, but there's no way to get it legitimately during normal gameplay.

I'm not TOTALLY sure, since I haven't tried, but I think OoB will allow you to get there without console cheats. Of course, OoB is an exploit so it's not exactly "legitimate" either, but whatever.

Something cool about Portal 2 that I've noticed from the few videos of it:

The broken-down chambers are direct recreations of Portal Test Chambers. On one of the videos you can see Test Chamber #IDK.
