I will take that as the Movie discussion topic.
Movies I like include Requiem for a dream and Solaris, though none of my friends can understand why.

SMBTM was terrible. Worst adaptation of a video game ever.
Anyone seen Despicable Me? It was just another cookie-cutter animation movie where there's a guy, he gets kids, he loses the kids, then he gets them back. The end. :V

Up was a pretty good movie, and I don't particularly like stuff from Disney either.
Also SMBTM is laughably bad IMO.

If I can legally obtain Toy Story 3 (when I get DVD or available on The Movie Network) I will make a Toy Story 3 Reversed edition

I thought that the one who played King Koopa in SMBTM has died this year.

I don't really like watching movies. It's just long, and usually the ones I have to watch are really, really bad.

Agreed.
Has anyone watched American Ninja 2? (Again - laughably bad in my opinion).

The stupid thing with ratings is that they change depending on the country. Take Ringu as an example. Right before the user reviews, check out the ratings for different countries here:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0178868/
The reason it's unrated in USA is probably because the american remake "The Ring" exists. (The remake is PG-13 in USA, by the way)
Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.
