Indeed, cruddy. I saw pictures of it with just spikes and you as a vehicle. Nothing like the thingy I imagined which was something like:

You are a cute-ish cresature facing right on the left side of the screen (of course) orange text says: NO TUTORIAL FOR YOU (which wasn't planned to be the game's name, to be honest). You go right, and die. You go left, and more text says: YOU CAN WALK THROUGH SPIKES. You try to avoid the spikes, and fail at getting through. Finally, you walk through them and get to the next level. ect.

There is a lot more than spikes. And if you thought of that then you can make it yourself.
