Whenever you lose in WA and you character loses their hat, you can see the top of their head - there's no hair.

But you can still say it without someone being dead. All it means is "Rest in peace.", not "Rest in peace and I am saying this because someone is dead.".

Nyo, that doesn't happen. R.I.P. is almost NEVER used unless someone is dead. end of story.
