Halloween 2010
So what's up for Halloween? Who are you gonna dress up as? Me I'm gonna pick up some stuff and construction paper and become...
Awesome isn't it? Well I'll try to do it.
At school on the 29th we're having a costume contest and a party with wii and ps3 gaming and dancing. While I mix up tunes!
And at Halloween night, there's this one house in my neighborhood with the most halloween props and stuff and real interesting. One time some guy with a chainsaw ran outside to scare people. Wonder what'll happen this halloween!

Scout, eh? That'll take some effort and a sharp tongue.
There's a Minecraft update coming up on Halloween that I'm really looking forward to. Also, I'm going to be a GENERIC CARDBOARD BOX for Halloween! I'll use it for something like this:
Me: *knocks on someone's door then ducks down inside box*
Someone: Ooh! A PACKAGE! *carries box in with me inside* This is Heavy.
Me: *pops out of box* GRAW! THIS IS A ROBBERY! GIVE ME ALL YOUR CANDY!
...sigh, if only...

Here in NL they have no Halloween if I'm right, but they (some) use to have a similar tradition, going along the houses and asking for candy, sometimes with lampions. But that's on St. Maarten / Martin's day; 10 or 11 November.
No matter where in the world: Children always want more candy, or money.

I know this awesome trick into getting alot of candy.
You'll need several costumes including a mask. Wear one and go out. Collect candy from houses and when you come back, wear your second mask-included costume and go through the same houses again. Then another costume, go out again, and another, and another. Until you've used up all your costumes. People you give out candy won't know you under the masks!

EEE, if you have nothing else to say then: something is EVIL (with way tooooo many "L"s, then please say nothing.
^_^ Originally Halloween comes from ancient traditions, based on some Celtic, Roman and Christian festivals, and indeed, they were to honor or greet the (spirits of the) people who died. So I think Kacpero is right about that. (You can look it up on Wikipedia if you wish)
BTW, where are you going to ask for candy? Do they celebrate Halloween in Amsterdam? If you have to buy a ticket across the Atlantic ocean, it will be very expensive candy.
But in general about Halloween or St. Martin; Some people may like it if lots of children ring the doorbell and ask for candy, but not everyone does.
Don't worry, I was joking too. Some people believe if children watching a lot violent movies, and play with toy-guns, play war-games etc., they're going to be violent too. I don't know.MyNameIsKooky wrote:My family doesn't own any guns and I was joking.
