About losing copies of Wonderland

Post by Qloof234 »

Okay, this is a HUGE problem. This isn't a problem with me - Rather, this is a problem with ~xpr'd~.

I was talking with him on Skype just now - Apparently, he sent an e-mail about losing his copies of Wonderland games over a year ago, and hasn't gotten so much as a response.

What's going on, MS? :|

I checked my outbox - 24 messages about it sent with no response to this day. I have no way of obtaining WDL legally except buying it, but I honestly don't have enough money for all of them. This is a huge problem, because you sent them back once or twice but never again.

Maybe your mail is getting blocked somehow - of course we always send out replacement copies for lost games. PM me with your name and your e-mail under which the original order was placed.

I didn't lose a copy, but I was wondering if it would be okay to burn a CD and put a copy of RTW onto a different computer. (This one is kind of slow, so I'm hoping to transfer to a faster CPU)

I wanted to make sure this is okay before actually atempting it.

You don't need a CD to play games from BFG.
Here, read this instruction:
Step 1: Download the game you HAD purchased.
Step 2: Go on BFG game manager thing.
Step 3: After the game is installed, click on PURCHASE icon near game and select 'I have already purchased this game' or something like that.
Step 4: Enter your BFG Email to your BFG account youve purchased the game on.
Step 5: Password. Now, your game is activated. On the game status thing it says 'Activated'.
Step 6: Enjoy.
If you can look at my avatar for 19 minutes, without closing your eyes, you must be great.

It's a problem, ^_^. You didn't solve it!
I got a CD after buying WA, but that doesn't help because my information was changed and for some reason the game was removed from my purchase history. I've sent an email with the information strait off the disk, because that's the only remaining proof that I bought it.

Could you please stop saying my username with the spaces? It does not have them, and smiley with spaces in it looks creepy.

i have an idea
when someone buying a game he or she will receive a code. The game need To activate online. When he/she use the code to activate the game, the code will be saved on server. If someone want to activate the game with the same code it will be blocked.
but if someone delete the bought game I don't know how to download it again because the code will be already used.
maybe when the user register the code online it will need an e-mail, and if it lost the game, a new copy will sent on e-mail.

I know for a fact that some sites do that sort of thing... can't remember which ones though... *shot*

Anyway, it's worth a shot, I guess.

But someone can publish bought full version of the game on a web site.
If you need to activate it, anybody can't play it without online activate.

hosts, and everything are now skipped. Woohoo!

Internet piracy is NEVER fully preventable for offline games. It's just how you reduce it to a minimum.

Hello Duncan,

This is Chelsey here in Seattle. I can definitely help you re-download Wonderland Adventures.

Thanks for providing me with that order number! I was able to locate Wonderland Adventures and Chicken Invaders 3 Christmas Edition under the account *REMOVED BY DEEMAN*......

OK, I'm gonna make a new topic about this, but my new WA LP is coming soon, but first i have to finish the practice file first. The LP will show how to get all 151 stars and the last seconds of the last video will be me opening the gate in wondertown. For spoiler reasons, I won't read the sign while recording, but i'll say "When you're ready, read the sign.".

Could you resend the e-mail, I don't think I got it... thanks!

(to others saying that I'm too busy: this stuff always is taken care of. I might just miss the odd e-mail if my spam filter is overprotective)
