Ten ways to cure hiccups
Vote wich cure for hiccups work best for you.
1. Hold your breath and count to ten.
2. Breathe in and out o a paper.
3. Jump up and down ten times.
4. Ask someone to pat you on the back.
5. Pull your tongue gently.
6. Sniff some pepper and make yourself sneeze.
7 .Drink a glass o water quickly.
8. Ask someone to say something that will shock you.
9. Put something cold on the back of your neck
10. Eat some burnt toast or crushed ice.
Don't forgot to leave a message.

No, I was kidding.
BTW, I would expect that small animals (like mice) or animals who breath much faster (like dogs) can a shorter time without breathing, then human. But I don't know for sure. Anyhow, I've never seen a mouse or dog with hiccups.
But serious; sometimes I try stop breathing for a minute, or drinking a glass of water, but nothing always works immediately. Just be patient like Stinker Squad said.
