How is that possible???

Answer to my puzzle
the two sevens are roman numerals. One numeral is flipped. Both ends of the V's and the I's of both numerals meet, making the roman numeral 12
VII first, not flipped
^II second one, flipped
XII Joined together

OK, so people on a plane are citizens of Mexico and the US. All of them fly a plane to Mexico from the US, and it crashes right on the Mexican border. (In between the US and Mexico) Where do they bury the survivors?
