Do you wan't technology to grow?

Post by eee226 » Wed Mar 28, 2012 7:24 pm

No, I have some reasons for this. So lets say someone bought a oven and something goes wrong with it and burns down the house, well as I saw in somethings in the internet, people were claiming there will be new good inventions for us. Like a new kind of phone with your infomation in it, but it might malfunction and does not work anymore. I'm guessing the future things might go downhill from there.

Sometimes technology breaks down. This is the motivation of new technology - to overcome the constraints of the current technology.

There's no such thing as perfection. No matter how long a company's working on some form of software or technology, there's inevitably going to be some sort of flaw with it.

Overcoming what flaws are possible and the limits of today's technology is... Well, the reason technology is advancing.

So long as we study global warming and carbon dioxide just as much as we study computer games, I'm fine with new tech.

Actually, Global Warming was proven to be wrong a while ago. *exploded*

That apostrophe in "wan't" makes me feel weird...

Anyways, I do want technology to grow. Especially medical technology.
Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

The evidence is overwhelmingly in support of the theory, and always has been. Whoever you're listening to probably has very little knowledge of the science.
WHAT? YOU MEAN MY MOM, MY DAD, THREE BROTHERS, SIX SISTERS, FIVE FRIENDS, AND ALL FIFTEEN OF MY SCIENCE BOOKS ARE WRONG?

all of which are highly educated in science. :P

If that's how you're going to put it, then... Yes, actually.

I've done personal research into global warming several times for school projects, I can tell you it's not fake without a doubt. The question is whether humans are causing it or not.

The sun emits heat. CO2 traps heat. People are producing mass amounts of CO2, which trap lots of heat. These people want to keep doing stuff that leads to emitting CO2, because it's profitable, so they deny this. That's basically all there is to it, which part are you obstinately refusing to believe?
Methane also traps even more heat.
Methane is also very combustible. If you burn it, it will be replaced with CO2 and smoke, improving Global Warming a bit.

Although I don't think that science is necessarily my best subject, I agree that global warming is a serious problem. This was a very warm winter (coincidence? dunno.), and global warming might be the case.

Do I want tech to grow? Now there is 2 answers. If it grows and gets world domination then I'd prefer not. However if it grows and they make a remote finding robot Count me in. If you can count.
I've noticed the wonderland logo on the top left corner has a different shade of white to the background. This could destroy the universe.
