This is an entirely different road you're going down than what the original problem is. The main issue here is whether the image is appropriate or not for this forum. Garirry, if it bothers you that much, use AdBlock or something to block the image itself. Asking someone to change their avatar because you "don't like it" comes across as self-centred and demanding, regardless of how you put it.

Also, "corrupted children"? Really? Why is it of any concern to you what other kids like listening to? This attitude of "I don't like it so it's wrong" is part of the reason you got banned from Episkype/Epigam.
