I don't think that will be possible. You might be able to add subcolours, but I don't know much about WOPs.

Adjusters for the hue of a model is not possible with WA's current engine. Just use custom textures.

For gates outside the range of colors 0-15, which people really seem to ignore, check out this topic: http://pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22906
