Stinker Rescue Question (WSW)
This might seem a little bit silly, but I was wondering who exactly designed Stinker Rescue? It's really complex so maybe it was more than 1 person, then again Patrick could have done it.

That's what I'm talking aboutLexieTheFox wrote:Dark Drago,Dark Drago wrote:Well, he must have made a copy of the commands of the key model, assigned the model of wee stinker into it and used this for the last level.
Keys didn't exist in WSW.
He couldn't of, Unless your talking about GOld Star Keys.
Re: Stinker Rescue Question (WSW)
I was one of the level designers of WSW. Stinker Rescue was as far as I know designed by Patrick. I'm sure it wasn't designed by any of the 'normal forum members' who made a lot of the other levels. The level designers didn't see Stinker Rescue before the full game was released and everything that was not designed by Patrick was tested many times by the level designers before being accepted for the game. So I'm pretty sure Patrick created Stinker Rescue.jdl wrote:This might seem a little bit silly, but I was wondering who exactly designed Stinker Rescue? Thanks Mette! You and the other level designers (Patrick included) did a great job on the game.mette wrote:I was one of the level designers of WSW. This, a million times. Secret Worlds is probably the only Original Trilogy game I've managed to beat on my own.jdl wrote:Thanks Mette! Re: Stinker Rescue Question (WSW)
As mette said, Stinker Rescue was designed by Patrick. She is also right in saying that no-one (designers or testers) saw the level until the game was released.mette wrote: Stinker Rescue was as far as I know designed by Patrick.
FYI, mette was one of the very first people in the world to complete the level, and to totally complete the game.
@mette, nice to see I'm not the only old face who passes by here once in a while. Hope you're keeping well and that life is good for you.

Oh holy WOW. It's Bearsland, king of alternate solutions and bizarre tricks that actually work... thanks for your little trick on "The Treadmill", by the way... Saved me a lot of time back then.
(I eventually learnt it both ways -- with keg and without keg)
Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.
